Where we work on the work.
Most pastors don't need another conference. They need a few hours, a few honest peers, and their actual sermon, plan or problem on the table. That's a lab.
Three lanes. Seven labs in each.
Pick the lane that matches where you are. Take one lab, or take them in order.
Considering ministry
For the person who can't shake the sense they're called, and wants to test it honestly before they quit a job or apply to seminary.
Church planters
For planters before launch and in the hard first years. Core team, vision, money, the first Sunday, and the Sundays after it.
Pastors
For pastors in the middle of it. Preaching, leading staff, growing past the barriers, and staying whole while you do.
The Preaching Lab
Bring a sermon you're actually going to preach. We'll work on it together: the text, the shape, the one thing you're really trying to say, and how it lands on a tired room on a Sunday morning.
[ONE OR TWO SENTENCES ON WHAT MAKES YOUR APPROACH TO PREACHING DIFFERENT]
Bringing method to the madness.
Every lab follows the same four steps. You bring the problem. We work it until it's solved.
- 01
Diagnose
Identify the real challenge.
- 02
Design
Build a practical solution.
- 03
Deploy
Put it to work in your church.
- 04
Develop
Evaluate and refine what works.
The lab doesn't end when the sessions do. Every lab includes a follow-up check-in after you've had time to put the work into practice, so you're not left on your own with it.

Lead Pastor of Grace Church San Diego. Josh planted a church in Washington, studied church planting, and wrote Saturday Nothing.
I started PastorLabs because the most useful help I ever got wasn't a book or a keynote. It was someone sitting across the table, looking at my actual work, and telling me the truth about it.
